The food is prepared from scratch with mostly local & organic – fresh ingredients & homemade spice blends!

Cholle- Squash Soup : Butternut squash, & Organic Garbanzo beans simmered in a sauce comprising tomatoes, ginger and garlic

Chicken Masala: Local Chicken simmered in an aromatic sauce comprising roasted shallots, yogurt, green tomatoes and homemade apple sauce, garlic, ginger spiced with chili peppers, cloves, bay leaves, cardamom, cumin and cinnamon)

 Palak – Paneer/Alu : Spinach sauce with potatoes and paneer ( organic homemade cheese)

Alu gobi:  Cauliflower and potatoes roasted in a spicy blend of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel, tumeric and garam masala

 Jewel Rice : Basmati Rice with peas, shredded carrots, pomegranate and slivered almonds, garnish of roasted cumin

 Naan : Montana wheat flour flat bread (is used to scoop up the meat/veggies)

 Raita : Homemade Organic yoghurt blended with grated green apples and Garam masala ( can be added to meat/veggie dish to make it milder)

 Spicy Chutney: A spicy blend of green tomatoes hot peppers, ginger, tamarind, sugar and salt (to be added to the meat/veggie dish to make it more spicy)

 Drink – Chai Tea: Freshly made hot, creamy, fragrant with black tea, fresh cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and sugar

Dessert: Mango spice cake
