July 23rd – Indian Dinner at the Creperie


All dishes and spices made from scratch with mostly organic ingredients…..It is all gluten free too ( except for Naan) and Vegan too ( The spinach sauce dish can be modified)

 Vada – Sambhar  Soup – Organic Vadas ( White lentil fritters) dunked in Yellow dal soup seasoned with  mustard seeds, chilli, tomatoes, cilantro and a dash of tamarind

Lamb Kofta  Masala– Local & Organic Lamb meatballs or Chicken cubes simmered in a Mint-Tomato-Cilantro sauce 

{ Can subtstitute chicken for lamb, please let me know when you make your reservation }

 Lehsuni Paneer Palak – Organic  Paneer (homemade cheese) cooked in a creamy-garlicky spinach sauce
 Gobi – Alu   Organic Cauliflower & Yukon Gold potatoes seasoned with  Cumin, Tumeric, Coriander, Chilli & Garam Masala
Rice & Peas – seasoned with Cumin, Fennel , Tumeric and cashews
 Naan – Organic white flour bread from  North India


Raita – Homemade Yoghurt blended with grated cucumber, cilantro and Garam masala.

Hot Chutney – A spicy blend of garlic, ginger, black pepper, Cumin and Stone Flower

Drink – Chai Tea: Freshly made hot, creamy, fragrant with black tea, fresh cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and enough sugar to bring out the spice flavor.

Dessert – Sooji Halwa [ Semolina Pudding with nuts & coconut butter ] 
Dinner seatings are at 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM, Cost $30…… All proceeds go to Xteam robotics Club
