May 7th Indian dinner at the Creperie

All dishes and spices made from scratch with mostly organic ingredients…..

Daal Soup – Organic – Masoor dal(red lentils) seasoned with onions, garlic, cumin, tomatoes, cilantro and a dash of tamarind

Chicken Masala– (local) Chicken cubes simmered in a blend of onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, tomatoes and other spices
 
Vegetable Korma – Organic –  Cauliflower, peas, carrots, beans and paneer (homemade cheese) cooked in a spicy-sweet=cashew creamy tomato sauce

 

Alu-Gajar  Organic – Yukon Gold potatoes & Carrots seasoned with tumeric, coriander, cumin and a dash of lemon juice.

Lemon Rice – Rice dish seasoned with fennel seeds, tumeric, lemon juice and cashews
Naan – Organic white flour bread from  North India

Raita – Homemade Yoghurt blended with grated cucumber, cilantro and Garam masala.

Hot Chutney – A spicy blend of garlic, ginger, black pepper, Cumin and Stone Flower
Drink – Chai Tea: Freshly made hot, creamy, fragrant with black tea, fresh cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and enough sugar to bring out the spice flavor.

Dessert – Indian Carrot Halwa Cake ( lots of carrots baked with Almond meal, raw honey and nuts)

Dinner seatings are at 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM, Cost $30……
