The food is prepared with mostly local & organic – fresh ingredients & homemade spice blends!

Dal-Kaddu Soup : Butternut squash & Organic dal simmered in a sauce comprising tomatoes, ginger & garlic seasoned with tumeric & garam Masala

Chicken Masala: Local Chicken simmered in an aromatic sauce comprising roasted shallots, yogurt, garlic, ginger spiced with (Kashmiri pepper,cloves, bay leaves, cardamom and cinnamon)

Potato-Carrot-Peas: Organic peas, cubed carrots and potatoes spiced with coriander, fennel  in creamy tomato-coconut sauce

Pattagobi:  Shredded Cabbage, Carrot & Banana pepper stir fry seasoned with mustard seeds, tumeric & coconut

Lemon Rice : Basmati Rice seasoned with tumeric, cumin, cashew with a hint of lemon

 Naan : Montana wheat flour flat bread (is used to scoop up the meat/veggies)

 Raita : Homemade Yoghurt blended with grated green apples and Garam masala ( can be added to meat/veggie dish to make it milder)

 Spicy Chutney: A spicy blend of coriander, hot peppers, ginger, tamarind,sugar and salt (to be added to the meat/veggie dish to make it more spicy)

 Drink – Chai Tea: Freshly made hot, creamy, fragrant with black tea, fresh cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and sugar

Dessert: Semolina pudding with almonds and raisins
