Nov 12th – Indian Dinner @ Creperie

The food is prepared with mostly local & organic – fresh ingredients & homemade spice blends!

Cholle-Kadu Soup : Butternut squash & Organic garbanzo beans simmered in a sauce comprising tomatoes, ginger & garlic seasoned with tumeric & garam Masala

Rogan Josh: Local & Organic cubed lamb simmered in an aromatic sauce comprising roasted shallots, yogurt, garlic, ginger spiced with (Kashmiri pepper,cloves, bay leaves, cardamom and cinnamon)

Alu- Palak: Local Spinach cooked in tomatoes with cubed organic Yukon potatoes seasoned & roasted in blend of Spices( Tumeric, Coriander, Cumin, Garam Masala )

Pattagobi:  Shredded Cabbage, Carrot & Banana pepper stir fry seasoned with mustard seeds,tumeric & coconut

Kashmiri Pulao : Basmati Rice with peas, almonds and fresh pomegranate seasoned with cumin, cardamom, cinnamon and fennel

 Naan : Organic white flour bread (is used to scoop up the meat/veggies)

 Raita : Homemade Yoghurt blended with grated Cucumber and Garam masala ( can be added to meat/veggie dish to make it milder)

 Spicy Apple Chutney: A spicy blend of Apples, hot peppers, ginger, raisins,sugar and salt (to be added to the meat/veggie dish to make it more spicy)

 Drink – Chai Tea: Freshly made hot, creamy, fragrant with black tea, fresh cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and sugar

Dessert: Garden picked Green tomato- AppleSauce Spice Cake with a dollop of cream
