Oct 15th – Indian Dinner @ Creperie

The dinner is prepared with mostly local, organic, fresh ingredients & spice blends!

Daal Soup with Zucchini fritters : Organic Moong Daal ( green & yellow Lentils)  with zucchini fritters seasoned with garlic, ginger, tomatoes & Garam Masala

Coconut Butter Chicken Masala: Local – Chicken simmered in a blend of creamy tomato blend

Alu- Mirch: Organic  Peppers  filled with Red and Yukon Potatoes seasoned & roasted in blend of Spices( Tumeric, Coriander, Cumin, Garam Masala )

Vegetable Korma:  Assortment of veggies in a blend of tomato sauce with cashew, garlic, ginger, cardamom and fennel

Eggplant Pulao : Rice with crispy eggplant and cashew and spices

 Naan : Organic white flour bread (is used to scoop up the meat/veggies)

 Raita : Homemade Yoghurt blended with grated Cucumber and Garam masala ( can be added to meat/veggie dish to make it milder)

 Spicy green tomato Chutney: A spicy blend of green tomatoes, hot peppers, sugar and salt (to be added to the meat/veggie dish to make it more spicy)

 Drink – Chai Tea: Freshly made hot, creamy, fragrant with black tea, fresh cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and sugar

Dessert – Mango-Coconut cake or Pudding Eggless & dairy free
