October 17th Indian dinner for a Cause “X team Robotics”

This Menu is inspired by cooking from “Kashmir” & “Punjab” (states in India)
Freshly made, from scratch with all organic ingredients 

Reservations available for 5:30 PM &  7:00 PM

Rogan Josh : Lamb (local & natural) cooked in a blend of ginger, cardamom, Kashmiri peppers, garam masala & other spices

Kashmiri Pulao :  Basmati Rice garnished cashews, almonds & Pomegranate,  seasoned with cardamom, cinnamon and fennel 

Chaman Kaliya : Organic  Paneer (homemade cheese)  &  potatoes in a milky broth flavored with fennel, cardamom, Kashmiri pepper & other spices

Cholle: Organic Garbanzo beans simmered in a sauce of (onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, serrano peppers) & garam masala with a touch of anardana (dry pomegranate seeds)

Alu Gobi : Organic Cauliflower, potatoes, and peas sauted in turmeric, cumin, cayenne pepper, coriander and amchur ( mango powder)

Naan on the griddle: Leavened flat bread ( dough of organic white flour & yoghurt) cooked on the griddle

 Red Hot sauce can be used to increase spice levels

Drink – Chai Tea
Freshly made hot, creamy, fragrant with black tea, fresh cardamom, almonds, ginger and enough sugar to bring out the spice flavor.

Dessert – Gulab Jamun 
A Milk powder & dough based balls soaked in light sugary syrup flavored with green cardamom and rose water with a dollop of vanilla icecream (from Big Dipper)

The meal will be served Buffet style
