



This menu has the Chicken dish and Poha from “Maharastra” (a state in India), the Vada- Sambhar & Dosa is from Karnataka ( another state) and the Paneer Butter Masala is from Delhi
Freshly made, from scratch with all organic ingredients
Reservations available for 5:30 PM & 7:00 PM
Vada – Sambhar : Crispy white lentil fritters dunked in a daal soup and seasoned with spices, tomatoes and other veggies
Poha : Rice flakes sauted with onions, crispy peanuts, tumeric, coconut and a touch of lime
Maharastrian Chicken : Organic Cubed Chicken simmered in sauce comprising coconut, turmeric and Goda Masala
Jeera Rice : Organic Basmati Rice seasoned with cumin & tumeric
Paneer butter masala : Organic peas, potatoes, and homemade cheese cooked in a mild blend of fresh onion & tomatoes
Green & Red Hot sauces can be used to increase spice levels
Drink – Chai Tea
Freshly made hot, creamy, fragrant with black tea, fresh cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and enough sugar to bring out the spice flavor.
Dessert – Gulab Jamun
A Milk powder & dough based balls soaked in light sugary syrup flavored with green cardamom and rose water with a dollop of vanilla icecream (from Big Dipper)
Plain Dosa
Crepes from India – The batter is a blend of organic brown rice , Urad dal (white lentils) and rice flakes with Chutney
Chutney – A blend of all organic coconut, cilantro, and Serrano peppers with a seasoning of mustard seeds
